Kristin has been involved in technical training since 1996 and soft skills training since 2004. She has worked in a variety of industries (Insurance, Management Consulting, and Legal to name a few) providing state-of-the-art training to both. Kristin is highly skilled at enhancing individual, team and organizational effectiveness by identifying true learning needs, and then designing, developing, and implementing diverse programs using a broad array of strategies. She uses key analysis methodologies and follow-up throughout the process to make sure the learning has both positive and lasting effects.
